Harvest Moon - New Games Coming Early Next Year

Along with Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns, Marvelous is currently developing yet another addition to the Harvest Moon farm-simulation game series as reported by Famitsu. It will be called Harvest Moon: The Land's Origin and it will be out for the Nintendo 3DS in early 2012.

The Land's Origin will allow you to customize your home from the ground and up. You'll also be able to customize the interior and place objects wherever you like.

The main character will also be customizable. You will be able to select the gender, hair style, skin color, eye color and the set of clothes. Once the game is underway, you can have the hairstyle changed by visiting a hairdresser.

Here's the first set of screenshots for The Land's Origin:

Also, Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns will be out for the 3DS on October 11, 2011 in North America.

Kingdom Hearts 3D, Further Plans for The World Ends With You

It was reported earlier that Neku Sakuraba, from the Nintendo DS game The World Ends With You, will appear as a guest character in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance.

This week’s issue of Famitsu magazine features an interview with Tetsuya Nomura about the upcoming Kingdom Hearts.

Famitsu asked the creator if Neku's appearance in the game as a guest character was a hint that Nomura still has plans for The World Ends With You.

Replying to the question, Nomura wouldn’t confirm a sequel outright but stated that Neku’s presence could be a hint of something coming and that Square Enix are working on something. For now, that’s as close to an official announcement as we’re going to get.

Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked Trailer

Here's the trailer for the first Megami Tensei game for the Nintendo 3DS. It will be an enhanced port of Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor and it will be titled Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked.

Devil Survivor is set in modern-day Tokyo. One day, the protagonist, a 17 year-old student, finds that he and his two friends, Atsuro Kihara, a computer hacker, and Yuzu Tanikawa, a spirited fighter, have been given modified electronic device called COMPs by his older cousin Naoya. As they explore their purpose, an outbreak of demons occurs within Tokyo, and a large city area is quarantined by the Japanese Ground Self-Defense Forces, deny power, communications, and food to those trapped within it. The protagonist and his friends discover their COMPs allow them to summon helpful demons to fight the aggressive ones, allowing them to survive the attacks. The protagonist also finds he has the ability to see a person's "death clock", representing how many days a person will have left to live. While he uses it to help himself and his friends to change their own fate, the protagonist realizes that everyone within the quarantine will die within seven days.

Overclocked will feature an extended plot, enhanced visuals, full voice-overs, the ability to choose the difficulty and added demons. Overclocked will be released in North America on August 23, 2011.
